Written Out Loud is a joyful creative writing program started by an Emmy-Award winning Hollywood filmmaker. Using the same approach used to create stories in Hollywood, students (from ages 9 to 18) work virtually with a community of writers to build and write their stories, improving their writing skills and building lasting friendships along the way. The program works well with students at any writing level and provides helps them build writing and engagement skills that will be invaluable later in their educational and life journey. And, as an exciting capstone, students graduate from the program with their stories in a published, beautifully designed hardcopy novel provided to them from Written Out Loud!
