I’m a certified personal trainer, PE teacher, athletic trainer, and strength & conditioning coach with over 10 years of experience in basketball and volleyball coaching. I’m also certified in VertiMax training, biomechanics, and human movement. I help young athletes improve strength, speed, jumping ability, and overall performance—while keeping training safe and age-appropriate. Whether your child is looking to get better at their sport or build confidence, I work with them to reach their goals.
