I have been a teacher and reading and learning specialist for over 22 years. I have my undergraduate degree in early childhood and elementary childhood and in special education for early childhood and elementary education. I also have my masters as a reading specialist, and am trained and certified and many programs such as orton-gillingham, the Wilson reading program, and many others. I have a passion for seeing children learn and thrive in their learning. I especially enjoy seeing them make connections and build their confidence and all they are capable of, even if when they have had learning challenges in the past. All children are able to learn, it is just a matter of tapping into their own unique abilities and talents, and helping them ignite their love of learning,
