Designed for children and teens ages 3 - 16, our programs feature self-defense and fundamentals of martial arts. It offers an introduction to beginner martial arts through skills, drills and games to teach important values like self-control, focus, confidence, self-esteem, assertiveness, teamwork, manners, respect and attitude. Character building and leadership skills are the fabric of the programs. Our Taekwondo program helps kids build inner strength. They learn to focus, respect themselves and others, and discover a confidence they never knew they had.
