Rooted in over 100 years of tradition, our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program allows students to learn directly from the source. Professor Rolles Gracie is a hands-on owner and instructor and the grandson of Carlos Gracie, the founder of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). BJJ is a martial arts discipline focused on practical self-defense, character development, and progressive skill building. We offer structured, age-appropriate classes for children ages 3 and up that support the development of coordination, physical fitness, mental resilience, and essential social skills in a safe and supportive learning environment. Through positive reinforcement and consistent instruction, students build confidence, discipline, respect, and teamwork while improving focus and overall physical health. Our program follows a structured curriculum with clear progression and character development woven into every class, promoting healthy habits and personal growth that support long-term success.
