Judo is Martial Arts Sport and often called “the gentle way,” focusing on control, respect, and discipline rather than aggression. We teach moral codes and adaptive Judo technique. Adaptive meaning we modify and break down the steps to perform Judo moves and practice repetition with our students before we progress to next skill. We specialize in working with neurotypical and neurodivergent students and host blended classes. We have three programs including beginner, mid-level, and advance including adults and families.
