D1 Clearwater is an athletic based performance and training facility. Our programming provided science back strength, speed and conditioning. We focus on Division 1 college style strength, speed and conditioning. We believe that youth athletes will benefit from training like an athlete while also learning Accountability, Dedication, Team Work, Respect, and many other important values. Our youth programming runs ages 7-18. We offer weekly group training, 1 on 1 training and team training.
