Aetherial Submission Grappling provides a well-rounded martial arts program that includes: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi Grappling) Striking and Kickboxing Fundamentals Age-appropriate self-defense training Structured fitness and movement development All programs are taught in a controlled, supportive environment with safety as the top priority. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi) Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is the foundation of our academy and one of the most effective martial arts for children. Unlike sports that rely on size or strength, BJJ emphasizes technique, leverage, problem-solving, and calm decision-making. We offer both gi (traditional uniform) and no-gi (athletic attire) grappling.
