My Gym Waterford Lakes is a children’s fitness center offering developmentally appropriate classes for children from six weeks through ten years of age, designed to promote both fun and fitness. Our programs begin with parent-participation classes and progress to independent classes as children grow in confidence and ability. From first steps and basic motor skills to cartwheels and dynamic Ninja-style courses, we support each child’s physical journey every step of the way. Our curriculum blends gymnastics, movement, music, dance, games, relays, and age-appropriate physical education to foster cognitive development, physical strength, coordination, and social-emotional growth in a fun and engaging environment.
