Behavior Works is a dynamic and family-centered organization dedicated to empowering students with developmental disabilities through evidence-based, individualized support. We proudly serve children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Down Syndrome, and other developmental disorders. Our comprehensive services include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, private academic tutoring in reading, math, and writing, parent advocacy, and real-world life skills coaching. What sets us apart is our commitment to meeting students where they are—academically, behaviorally, and emotionally—while equipping families with tools to navigate the challenges of everyday life. Whether it’s mastering multiplication, building social confidence, or learning how to transition calmly at home, Behavior Works bridges the gap between therapy and real life. Our team of passionate professionals includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts, certified tutors, and experienced support staff, all working together to create meaningful and lasting change.
