<p>This fully online, self-paced 3D Printing course introduces students in grades 2-5 to the exciting world of 3D design and fabrication. Students explore how 3D printers work, learn basic design principles, and create simple digital models using beginner-friendly software tools.</p><p>Through hands-on activities and creative projects, students develop problem-solving, spatial reasoning, and design skills while gaining an understanding of the 3D printing process and its real-world applications.</p><p>By the end of the course, students will understand the fundamentals of 3D printing and create their own beginner-level designs ready for digital or physical production.</p><p>Parent Note: Younger learners may benefit from assistance with software navigation and understanding design concepts. Encouraging creativity and experimentation can help students get the most out of the course. A 3D printer is not included with this course. Students can complete all design activities digitally, although access to a 3D printer is recommended for producing physical models.</p><p>This version of the course is designed for independent learning and does not include teacher grading or instructional support.
