Gracie Barra St. Petersburg is a structured martial arts program focused on the physical, emotional, and social development of children through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We serve children ages 3 and up, providing age-specific classes designed to improve focus, discipline, confidence, coordination, and emotional regulation in a safe and supportive environment. Our program goes beyond physical activity by incorporating life skills such as respect, responsibility, teamwork, and resilience. Classes are taught by trained instructors following a proven curriculum that helps children build consistency, routine, and positive habits. We work closely with families to support each child’s individual growth, especially those who benefit from structured environments, guidance, and positive reinforcement. Our goal is to provide a safe, engaging, and educational experience that contributes to each child’s overall development both on and off the mat.
