I provide structured, educational physical education programs designed to help children grow physically, mentally, and emotionally—while having fun in a safe, positive environment. I specialize in youth physical education and athletic development, using proven teaching methods that focus on long-term success, not just short-term performance. What your child will learn & develop: ✅ Fundamental movement skills (running, jumping, throwing, balance, coordination) ✅ Strength, mobility, and injury prevention for growing bodies ✅ Speed, agility, and body control ✅ Confidence, discipline, and focus ✅ Teamwork, leadership, and respect ✅ Healthy habits and a positive relationship with fitness Programs I offer: • Physical Education classes (group or private) • Athletic development for all sports • Strength & conditioning (age-appropriate) • Speed & agility training • Confidence-building and discipline-based sessions • Homeschool PE programs • After-school & weekend classes • One-on-one or small group training My approach is educational, structured, and intentional every session has a purpose.
