What Are We All About? At Island Leap & Learn everyday is a FUNDAY! We are a K-12 homeschool enrichment program. We offer supplemental classes, activities and events to go along with your at home curriculum. A typical day at Island Leap & Learn includes a child led lunch & learn "think tank" style discussion, a child led hands on workshop, a tumbling / cheer class and open gym free play! We focus on creating a fun and safe space for kids that fosters academic self-growth, creativity and social interactions with peers. How Are We Unique? Our program is designed with child leadership in mind - FOR our kiddos, led & taught BY our kiddos! Our kiddos have a one of a kind opportunity to combine movement with learning, hence the name “Island Leap & Learn”! This is a great way for our kiddos to get active, move around, work off energy, build muscle strength and give themselves a brain break. Benefits of the Lunch & Learn: This fosters a sense of comradery with fellow homeschoolers, encouraging future leaders, critical thinkers, problem solvers and entrepreneurs! Benefits of the How to Workshop: This will instill valuable lifelong skills such as public speaking, personal research, leadership and more!
