Providing running and conditioning workouts primarily for middle and high school aged kids. Workouts will consist of running, speed and agility exercises. Younger kids may be able to join, however workouts will be designed for the dedicated athlete looking to improve at a variety of sports and must have a minimum amount of focus and self motivation to be considered. Workouts will vary in theme (mid distance running, speed work, agility exercises, etc.) and will be announced before sign up for each session.
