Springs Jiu-Jitsu proudly serves families throughout Clay County, Florida, offering a structured, safety-first martial arts program designed to help children build confidence, discipline, and real-world self-defense skills. Our youth program is based on Gracie Bullyproof®, a nationally recognized character development and self-defense curriculum created specifically for kids. The Gracie Bullyproof® program teaches children how to recognize and respond to bullying using age-appropriate strategies such as boundary setting, verbal assertiveness, situational awareness, and safe physical self-defense techniques when needed. Classes are taught in a supportive, non-competitive environment where students learn respect, self-control, and emotional resilience alongside practical skills. Springs Jiu-Jitsu serves a wide range of students, including elementary and middle school-aged children, homeschool families, scholarship-supported students, and children who benefit from structured physical activity that builds confidence and focus. Our Certified Instructors follow a standardized curriculum that emphasizes safety, positive reinforcement, and personal growth.
