The Trench Elite program builds strength, power, speed, and explosiveness while promoting stability, mobility, and structure. Classes are held three times per week, maximizing an athlete’s production and keeping them injury-free. Our athletes come out stronger, faster, and more recruitable than any other football training facility in the nation. Here in the Trench, we don’t just develop athletes. We develop next-level ball players. Unlike any other facility in the country, we have over 30 years of Professional Football experience on our staff that ranges to all different positions. Young Dawgs is for ages 8-13. Once the athlete is 13, they may be considered for the next level depending on their physical and mental maturity and development. We will always place the athlete at the level where they can best grow and develop in a safe environment while remaining challenged. ‍ Athletes must first complete the Rampup Protocol!!! PreProgram With Football position-specific training (held weekly on Saturdays), we work on our craft year-round to build, learn, and ultimately understand the game of football at an entirely new level. We train all Linemen and Skill Positions with individual position coaches who teach the exact techniques that they coach at the NFL level. Includes: Position Specific Training for Oline, Dline, Linebackers, Tight Ends, Dbacks, Running Backs, and Receivers Film Study and Analysis Collegiate Recruiting Consulting Opponent Breakdown and Scouting Report
