The Soccer Roots Homeschool Athletic Development Program is designed to provide structured physical education in a professional indoor training environment. Hosted at an indoor soccer facility, this program ensures a safe, climate-controlled space where students can consistently train regardless of weather conditions. The program focuses on developing soccer fundamentals, athletic performance, coordination, and teamwork through guided instruction and structured activities. With over 20 years of experience across youth, amateur, and professional levels, our coaching approach emphasizes skill development, discipline, confidence, and long-term athletic growth. Each session is designed to be engaging, educational, and age-appropriate, promoting both physical and personal development. Learning Objectives Participants will: Develop fundamental soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting) Improve coordination, balance, and motor skills Increase speed, agility, and reaction time Learn teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship Build confidence through structured training Understand game situations and decision-making
