Students set their own academic objectives and work together to create class rules, holding each other accountable. Guides at Acton play a crucial role by encouraging curiosity, providing support, and asking thought-provoking questions, rather than delivering lectures. Through hands-on projects, collaboration, and real-world experiences, students develop leadership skills, independent thinking, and a strong sense of autonomy. Our founder and lead guide, a former public school teacher with 9 years of experience, is dedicated to helping children learn, grow, and discover on their own.
