RunFitTeens is a structured, in-person and virtual youth physical education program. Led by a certified running coach, the program combines guided running and strength training with ongoing in-person and virtual support, progress monitoring, and educational coaching. Students receive personalized weekly guidance and feedback. For students training virtually and independently, they receive the same support, plus weekly check-ins through a secure coaching platform and via virtual calls through Google Meet.
