Held & Grounded provides structured Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and adolescent development enrichment programs for homeschool students. Services are available in small-group and individual formats, both in-person and virtually. Programs focus on building foundational life and leadership skills that support academic success, emotional maturity, and healthy peer relationships. Instruction is rooted in developmental science and guided by a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology. Students develop skills in: • Emotional awareness and regulation • Executive functioning and time management • Communication and conflict resolution • Decision-making and problem-solving • Confidence, identity formation, and leadership Specialized programming is available for preteens and teen girls (ages 12–16), with additional support available for elementary-aged students. Courses are structured, skill-based, and designed to provide a safe, growth-oriented learning environment for homeschool families seeking enrichment beyond core academics.
