At Trinity Fitness Merritt Island we offer 12 week programs for children of ages 7 years and up. During each class children will be in a structured environment where they will engage in physical activity. There will be games and exercises designed to help them improve their strength, flexibility and promote cardiovascular health. Our coaches are trained professionals ready to help each child succeed and have fun. TF Kids is for children age 7-10years held on Mondays 4:30-5:30pm. TF Homeschoolers is for any age Fridays 11:00am-12pm.
