Spirit Led Art Therapy provides Art Therapy to students enrolled in the UA scholarship and art workshops to students who are enrolled in the PEP scholarships. Art Therapy services help to normalize and validate the difficulties children, adolescents, and families experience while finding a way to process and express those experiences through artistic means. Spirit Led Art Therapy supports children, adolescents, and families of all abilities and stages of life and specializes in working with individuals diagnosed with neurodivergent disorders (i.e., Autism Spectrum, ADD, ADHD) and individuals who have experienced trauma. Within each population, artistic media vary to meet individual needs. Spirit Led Art Workshops offer homeschoolers hands-on learning opportunities for kids to learn various subjects through art making. Art provides a safe, non-verbal outlet for children to communicate their thoughts, feelings, and fears, especially when they struggle to find the right words, and encourages children to think "outside the box" and find multiple solutions to a single problem.
