Gracie Barra Lake Park offers a structured Brazilian Jiujitsu program for children of all experience levels in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment. Led by Professor Bernardo, our kids' classes develop focus, discipline, confidence, and self defense skills, both on and off the mat. We follow the proven Gracie Barra curriculum, designed to meet kids where they are and grow with them from their first class to black belt. We offer daytime class options perfect for homeschool schedules, a great way to add physical education, structure, and social development to your child's play. All skill levels welcome. No experience necessary.
