Habitat Health and Fitness is a personal training and youth fitness studio in Winter Haven, Florida offering structured physical education and activity programs for homeschool students ages 12 and up. Our Team Training program supports PE, sports, and activity credit through coach-led, small-group training focused on strength, conditioning, mobility, coordination, and overall health. Team Training sessions are professionally supervised and include dynamic warm-ups, strength and resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, movement skills, and recovery work. Exercises are age-appropriate, scalable, and designed to be safe for beginners while still challenging more active and athletic students. No prior fitness or sports experience is required. Habitat serves teens of all fitness levels, including students new to exercise, transitioning into structured training, or looking for an alternative to traditional team sports. Our environment is supportive and confidence-building, with an emphasis on effort, consistency, and proper movement rather than competition.
