Dr. Irby provides high-quality, remote psychoeducational and counseling services to children, adolescents, and young adults across Florida and beyond. Services include comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments in the following areas: Academic Achievement & Learning Disabilities Adult Evaluations for College Accommodations or College Board Exams Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Autism Spectrum Screening Developmental Delays Emotional and Behavioral Challenges Evaluations for 504 Accommodation Plans Giftedness, Intelligence, and IQ Assessments In addition, I offer family coaching, consultation, and counseling services tailored to your needs, including: Cultural Awareness & Educational Rights Educational & Behavioral Advocacy Home Environment Assessment & Feedback Parent Coaching — Sessions available individually, as a couple, or in small groups, focusing on practical strategies that are practiced during sessions and reinforced through take-home activities. Postsecondary Planning — For recent high school graduates exploring next steps, we collaborate to identify goals and interests and develop a clear, personalized plan for success. All services are delivered remotely for maximum flexibility to accommodate busy schedules and varied family needs.
