Mindful Solutions offers tutoring and coaching services for struggling students in Elementary, Middle and High School. Our specialized tutoring in Math, Writing, and Reading (including students with Dyslexia, ADHD and other Specific Learning Disabilities) is delivered by certified teachers trained in Orton-Gillingham and Lindamood-Bell methodology. We address Executive Functioning skills alongside specific learning needs in order to equip students with the tools, confidence and self awareness to overcome learning barriers. Through our personalized, empathetic, and mindful approach we aim to relieve academic stress and empower students and families to take control of their learning.
