Our program offers Music Therapy services designed to support children, adolescents, and adults in developing emotional, social, cognitive, and communication skills through the healing power of music. Sessions incorporate singing, instrument play, movement, songwriting, and guided listening to promote emotional expression, focus, self-esteem, and relaxation. We serve individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and learning differences in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Services are available in-person and online, in both English and Spanish, to ensure accessibility for all families seeking creative and evidence-based therapeutic support.
