Yong Family Martial Arts provides a structured physical education and personal development program through ATA Taekwondo for children and youth. Our program focuses on physical fitness, discipline, respect, self-control, goal setting, confidence building, and social-emotional development. Classes follow a clearly defined curriculum with progressive levels and evaluations, supporting students’ growth in coordination, balance, focus, and emotional regulation.
