Nichaila Jacques is an experienced education professional with a strong background in curriculum and instruction, holding a Master of Education from Southern New Hampshire University. She is fully certified by the Florida Department of Education in English (6–12), ESOL (K–12), Educational Leadership, and Reading, reflecting both her academic preparation and commitment to student achievement and instructional excellence. Currently serving as an Assistant Principal at Second Mile Education, Jacques has progressively advanced through roles including Reading Coach, Test Coordinator, and Reading Interventionist.
