We offer martial arts classes and enrichment programs for children ages 5 to 18. Our primary classes are TaeKwonDo and focus on physical fitness classes that develop strength, cardio health, coordination, balance and focus. Our classes help children develop both fine and gross motor skills. We also offer safety awareness programs for children and families. In addition, we run summer camps for children that include a variety of enrichment programs. These camps strategically target programs for a variety of age levels. For example, we include a Lil' Dragon Program for children ages 5-8 that focuses on building coordination and balance along with self esteem and confidence. We have Jr Leader programs for children over 10 years that helps children develop strong leadership abilities through mentorship and goal achievement. Our TaeKwonDo and fitness programs also highlight the importance of good nutrition and healthy habits.
