We train students in the art of movement using American Ninja Warrior style obstacles. We offer challenges for all levels of strength and skill. By learning through play, the rate of learning is accelerated 20x. We offer group classes for all students starting at age 3. We offer classes for kids with special needs starting at age 6. We also offer one on one lessons for students who are unable to participate in a group environment. The coaches are well qualified to handle the unique requirements of students who need special care and attention to overcome the challenges that they are presented with. We have seen great results for students in learning to follow directions, gross and fine motor skills, confidence, strength, ,mobility, balance and proprioception.
