My philosophy starts with being able to provide a professional and caring atmosphere where every child is not only treated based on their diagnostic concerns, but also on their individual needs. My focus further extends to working closely with the family in an attempt to reinforce each child’s goals and objectives between sessions. My therapeutic approach is designed to unleash each child’s strengths and to utilize those assets to reinforce identified areas of weakness. Providing a nurturing atmosphere with professional expertise enables “my children” to develop a positive self-image and increase their potential for success. Diagnosis and Therapeutic Intervention for: -Phonological/ Articulation Development -Oral-Facial Muscle Imbalance (Oral Motor skills) -Early Intervention for Speech and Language Delays -Apraxia / Dysarthria -Tongue Thrust-Abnormal Swallow -Myofunctional Therapy -Developmental Delays -Feeding Difficulties -Language Development -Central Auditory Processing Disorders (CAPD) -Reasoning and thinking skills -Pragmatics / Social Skills -Language Based Learning Disabilities -Reading Problems-use Lindamood Program & others -Pre-Literacy Skills / Phonemic Awareness -Communicative / Cognitive Disorders My goal is to provide the most comprehensive and professional care possible for each individual and their families. Services include providing diagnostic evaluations, developing a specific treatment plan and then implementing the necessary therapy.
