Clank! A Deck-Building Adventure, is the pulse-pounding game of strategic thievery, set in a fantasy world where players delve into a dungeon to plunder the most valuable artifacts while avoiding the dragon's wrath. Each player takes on the role of an intrepid thief, tiptoeing into the dragon's lair with eyes on the prize and hopes of escaping with their loot and their lives. The heart of Clank! is its unique deck-building system. Players start with a personal deck of cards that represents their thief's skills and gear. As the game progresses, you'll have the chance to acquire new cards that enhance your deck, such as sneaky maneuvers, brawny companions, or magical spells, which improve your thievery skills and help you delve deeper into the dungeon. But beware each move is a risk, as the name "Clank!" suggests. The noise you make is represented by Clank! cubes you add to the board, a cacophony that could awaken the dragon. The more noise you make, the higher the chance the dragon will target you when it attacks, and if your health runs out before you escape, your thieving days and your shot at victory are over. As players race through the corridors, they must balance their greed for more valuable treasures against the need to stay quiet and keep a low profile. Players can push their luck to gather more points, but the deeper into the dungeon they go, the more perilous their journey back to the surface becomes.
